microsoft quit playing games

ive talked to three people and have been juggled around for three days i want an answer on my achievement problem. do your jobs

Pyramid Suddenly Won't Launch

I've been playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection for over a year and two days ago Pyramid suddenly quit launching. Any advice?

 

Cannot reinstall games that I already own

I have been playing Microsoft Puzzle for quite some time. The game would not reinstall and the message was that the purchase can't be completed, error code 0xc03f300d. I have had various Microsoft games for some time and it shows that I own them, but they
cannot be installed. I tried other Microsoft games with a similar result. I am very frustrated.

 

There is no one from microsoft here.

What is your achievement problem?

 

my problem is i have all the achievements on two games and when i look at my list is says 37 of 38 for 900 and 0 of 5 for 0. but if you click on them both games are timestamped and completed every achievement unlocked. i want them to fix the gs and completed
game state of the two games

 

Have you re-downloaded your profile?

 

ya twice and rebooted and cleared cash a bunch. talked to three microsoft employees and thats all they could tell me.

 

Have you played the game again since you have re-downloaded?

Sometimes they pop when you re-play the game.

Thats all microsoft will tell you as that is usually what fixes it.

wow so the achievements finally popped up but i am short 2500 gamerscore im really done with xbox altogether. maybe its time to switch plats.

Well done OWEN for helping the OP. I'm beginning to see your points about the Ambassador Program the more I read on this forum.

 

there is absolutely nothing to the ambassador program, literally anyone can apply and get in. no one should be held to a higher standard just because they have some silly little symbol below their name.

 

@Vaynel, there is nothing an ambassador could suggest that he hasn't tried or that OWENKILLER didn't tell him. Besides, ambassadors are regular people and have. They can have an opinion like anyone else. They are not held to some higher standard.
