Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart of the console, and then re-add the account to see if that clears up the issue.

Question about xbox and W-Microsoft10

Hello!

I have got a question about using my xbox one and Microsoft Windows 10 to use crossplay, so as we know you can use your xbox one to play games you bought on Microsoft store also on the pc and back, now im having this question can i let a friend play on my Microsoft Windows account to play a game that i play on the xbox one using crossplay so there's 2 people on 1 account using 2 platforms. Is this posible?

MS Account/Gamertag Transfer FAQ states: "When you change to a new Microsoft account, the current funds in your original Microsoft account do not transfer to your new Microsoft account." Hope this helps! If you have any other questions or concerns

Yeah you should be able to use any money on your account to buy avatar gear, but if you are having trouble I would contact Xbox Support so they can check your account.

it's willn't affect everyone who had an communication suspensions but power cycling:

Link here or updating controller may help fix the issue.

'privacy setting are blocking' so did you have an suspension? check messages for an SMS from Xbox Live talking about enforcement action.

Case review is the only way atm to get a answer from them.

Have you checked your privacy and online safety setting? everything communication option allowed/set to everyone?

Yes I have an active suspension. I just felt it was strange it said privacy settings were blocking chat as opposed to simply not working. i did a case review and it was upheld.
