Microsoft Quality Control. Where are you?

I had to make 3 changes from my Xbox One under the Microsoft warranty. The first one they sent me did not even start. The second they sent me was crashing and giving boot errors all the time. This third party I just received has the cooler stopped, it does
not run, so the console turns on, heats up and turns itself off for its own protection.

What is happening to your Microsoft quality control? Why are you sending the devices to consumers without doing severe quality tests to our satisfaction?

You lose money with the comings and goings, and we lose precious game time.

Not to mention that we lost time signing the services, Live Gold, Game Pass and EA Access.

Microsoft Quality Control. Where are you?

They send back supposedly "refurbished" consoles. It's always better to just buy a new one even if it's under warranty. You are essentially getting a second hand console back that was previosly broken.

Where you buy the controller does not really have anything to do with the quality of the device.

It depends where you are in the world, the chat adaptors are rubbish quality, get the controller with the 3.5mm and save yourself a lot of hassle.

Xbox 360 controllers definitely had a better build quality, but they are no where near as sleek as the new ones.

Since you (MS) updated the system it has not been working right and today you we can't even get in because of the server down issue. This seems to be typical for Microsoft, make changes and don't test. Where is your quality control and when are you going
to post something letting all of the users know it is being worked on. You wonder why people get upset with your company this is just another example of poor quality.
