    Microsoft privacy settings


    On Minecraft it says I have to change my privacy settings on my Microsoft account and allow multiplayer as well as allow to join and create clubs. I have changed them and allowed them all but I still cannot join realms on Minecraft. It still says I have to change my privacy settings on my privacy settings. I do not know what to do or what I can do. Can someone help me?

    If I may ask, are you on Xbox, PC, mobile device, or another console?

    If you're on Xbox console, you need to have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to play the game.

    ive tried using other browsers, clearing cache, i even tried it on 4 seperate cpus and using my phone but the problem is still there, i also googled around and saw that many other people were having this problem, do you know if any of them were able to fix this?

    I believe this is something that only support will be able to resolve, as it may appear to be an issue with your account. Anyway, before we confirm this, try the solution below, please.

    You need an alternate Microsoft account and download the Xbox Family App on your phone. Add the main account as a family member and make the alternate account the organizer. Sign in as the organizer on the Xbox Family App and change the settings there. You should be able to see the settings to let your account play multiplayer.
