Microsoft Privacy Settings page wont work

Discus and support Microsoft Privacy Settings page wont work in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I am still considered a child, and I wish to play Minecraft Java with my friends.     Microsoft Privacy Settings page wont work


    I am still considered a child, and I wish to play Minecraft Java with my friends. The thing is, it wont let me. So, it try to give myself permission. So I found my way to the privacy settings at the Xbox site, where ALL tutorials say there, you can change your account settings to allow multiplayer. But it says, "We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later. **** should I do? I feel that I have tried everything. Thanks.

    ive tried using other browsers, clearing cache, i even tried it on 4 seperate cpus and using my phone but the problem is still there, i also googled around and saw that many other people were having this problem, do you know if any of them were able to fix this?

    I believe this is something that only support will be able to resolve, as it may appear to be an issue with your account. Anyway, before we confirm this, try the solution below, please.

    You need an alternate Microsoft account and download the Xbox Family App on your phone. Add the main account as a family member and make the alternate account the organizer. Sign in as the organizer on the Xbox Family App and change the settings there. You should be able to see the settings to let your account play multiplayer.

    Try clearing your browser's cache, try doing the procedure for other browsers, I recommend Microsoft edge. Try changing your privacy settings on another device too, see if anything changes. If that doesn't solve I'm afraid there's a problem with your account and it would be necessary to contact support.

    The adult of the family group did to go to the xbox one/windows 10 online safety tab, but that tab was kept saying we were unable to load your settings only for my profile, it showed for every other family member, i know how to change the settings for multiplayer, but the problem i am having is that the tab i need to use is not working
