Microsoft Privacy Changes Completely Impossible

Hi everyone, I have spent the past 20 minutes trying to change my privacy settings so that I can use the auction house in Forza Horizon 4. However, every microsoft help page tells me to go to places on the xbox website that do not exist. Because of this,
I am unable to change my privacy settings. Does anyone know the solution or have the link to where I can actually change this? Thanks

Hello i am also experiencing this im trying to play minecraft realms with my friends then it said to change my privacy and online settings but its not letting me please help

You're not considering a child account on one of your parents Microsoft Accounts are you?
