    I preorder black panther months ago. So imagine how upset I am that because I preordered I can’t watch the movie now but if I would have waited until today I can purchase and watch it now. Really? Microsoft get it together #wontpreorderagain

    Preordered novie

    Does anyone know how long it takes Microsoft to open movie access on preorders? I preordered the last knight and was looking forward to watching it today, but it's already 8 hours into 9/11/17 and they haven't released it for watching like the app says.
    Slightly annoyed since the I paid for it and it's still not available on the day they say it is.

    Right I did that and it shows I purchased the preorder

    When I go to watch it since its available now but it says "movie will be available march 1st" but there isnt a button to click watch when I go to the store and click the movie it says I did not purchase it, which like i stated above my bank statement says i purchased the preorder and on my microsoft account it says i purchased the preorder. I just want to know why i cant watch the movie and it says I didnt purchase the movie.

    Did anyone ever figure out whats going on with this? I preordered for the same reason - because it offered the free movie for xbox - and haven’t received it or heard anything. And its apparently inpossible to speak with a real person at microsoft. Wheres

    You are preordering this is due to Marvel's stars lawsuit against Disney which forced movies only to be released on theater for the first .few .weeks no.movie since black widow has had a dual .release first day due to certain actress's lawsuit

    So I bought the preorder of the new spider man movie. Microsoft said that it would be available to watch on 2 28 2022 at 10 p.m.. It's the next day at 5:30 pm and we still can not watch the movie! Does anyone know if it is ever going to be available? And if not how do I get my money back?
