Microsoft Premium Delux

Discus and support Microsoft Premium Delux in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought a DVD copy of the game last year, and installed it on a PC which wasn't powerful enough and has now died.     Microsoft Premium Delux


    I bought a DVD copy of the game last year, and installed it on a PC which wasn't powerful enough and has now died.

    I cannot get the game to activate on my new gaming PC, as the activation code has already been used.

    I have contacted XBox about it over a week ago, and nothing appears to have been done.

    Has anyone any ideas, please?

    MISSING CONTENT FOR MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR ON THE SERIES X (Premium Deluxe Edition)

    I have the same issue - missing all deluxe planes but have premium ones. XBox store shows that I own Premium Deluxe edition.

    However in-game marketplace lists 3 upgrades - Premium, Deluxe and Premium Deluxe. It shows that I own Premium upgrade, but not two other. And it is exactly what I have even if it is impossible combination - there is no Premium edition, only Premium Deluxe.

    Microsoft support article of PC release times suggests to sign out and sign in with proper email etc. It obviously does not work on XBox where you sign in to XBox
