    The Microsoft point system was discontinued in 2013 for the current currency system. If you mean Microsoft Rewards points, those are different, but you still can't convert them.

    There may have been a promotion to do so in 2011, but there is not one now.

    That's not possible. Gamerscore has no monetary value and cannot be used for anything. And Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013.
