    I spent 12,000 microsoft points on a month of xbox game pass which never activated, yet the points were taken. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone, the customer service is terrible, the online service doesn't help in the slightest. is there
    anyway to get this redeemed or was it just a waste?

    They should have emailed you a code. If you don't have the email, go to the redemption page for the program (where you ordered the code) and go to your order history. It'll either give the option to resend the code or it will list the code there. If that

    Double check your subscriptions at http://account.microsoft.com Since Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold, any Gold you had on your account when you add the Ultimate would be converted
    to Ultimate.

    i got through and not only did he not activate my game pass he deactivated my xbox live, is there an email or something i could use because this is ridiculous

    Try holding down the power button on your console until it turns off, unplug the console, plug it back in, then turn it back on. Sometimes it needs to resync.
