Hi. I bought the xboxone s from your store on the black Friday deal. And also received the 50000 Microsoft points. But I would like them redeemed to cash early as they haven't been on the 15th. And there doesn't seam to be a way on the rewards page of doing
so. I would like to take advantage of your sale on dashboard with these points. But ad I've just spent £229 on an s. This would be the only way I could. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.

Microsoft Points to Local Currency Transition

But the points I had were redeemed through Microsoft Point Cards.

My Microsoft points expired was to fast after redeeming them an also i didn't receive credit for Microsoft points I redeemed

Points are only deposited twice monthly, around the 15th and 30th. Typically if the points are pending between the 1st and 15th they're deposited at the end of the month (around the 30th) and if the points are pending between the 16th and 30th they are deposited
around the 15th of the next month.

Unfortunately those are the only times points are deposited.

If you go to that page you linked to, it says at the bottom:

"We’ll continue to accept purchased Microsoft Points Cards and codes
until further notice"

[Emphasis by me]

So if I remember correctly, it was announced at some time that Point codes had to be redeemed until March or April 2015, after which you can't redeem them anymore.

So unfortunately, you can't redeem your point codes nowadays.

Actually it's $50. So you're not seeing the credit on your account after you redeemed the card?

Hello! It's currently not possible to buy an Xbox console with Microsoft Points. The current redeemable items in the selection are what you're able to redeem with your Microsoft Points.

Xbox Gift Cards (denominated in your local currency) will be available for purchase in retail stores and through online retailers later this year. Microsoft Points Cards you purchase at retail will continue to be redeemable on your console and Xbox.com until
further notice. Microsoft has no plans to discontinue acceptance of previously purchased Points cards and codes.

What if I have codes and/or Microsoft Points Cards that I haven’t yet redeemed after the transition?

Go ahead and redeem them! Even after your account transitions, we’ll still accept purchased Microsoft Points Cards and codes until further notice, and we’ll add to your account an amount of local currency equal to or greater than the Marketplace value of
those points. When you redeem a Points card or code, those Points will be retired, and your account will begin using your local currency instead. Microsoft Points cards and codes that you purchased and redeem after the transition will expire one year from
the date the Points are redeemed.*
