I have been on Xbox Live for almost 10 years and in that time, I have not been able to get online once, and that was on Christmas day. Pretty good rack record, at least for me, and in my opinion. If you aren't happy with the service then stop paying for
it. It really is that simple. In this case, it's a case of "talking" with your wallet.
