    I have been trying to download my game clips from xbox live and post them onto youtube so that I may keep them without deleting them but how can I do exactly that when it keeps crashing!

    Crashing issues on Xbox app is normally caused by a corrupted file on your computer that affects its functionality. For us to isolate this issue, I recommend that you perform the following steps below:

    Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps through this
    link    . This can help remove problems with an app from Microsoft Store.





    Step 2: Delete Temporary files. This will help delete temporary files that have been stored on your computer.

    1. Click Start and click Settings.
    2. Select System.
    3. Select Storage.
    4. Select This PC.
    5. Click Temporary files.
    6. Choose Temporary files.
    7. Click Remove files.

    Step 3: Reset the Xbox app from Settings.

    1. Press the Windows key, then select the gear icon to access Settings.
    2. Go to Apps.
    3. Under Apps & features, locate the Xbox app.
    4. Select the Xbox app, then click Advanced options.
    5. Click Reset.

    Kindly update us with the result.
