Microsoft Partner Center is down

Hello,

I recently paid $20 to get my account registered as a Microsoft partner so I can use dev mode on my Xbox. However, the website where you enter the code on your Xbox to get it registered is currently down, as it simply says there is a 400 error when you log into the website. I’ve seen many others are having this problem as well. Microsoft, you guys need to get on this, this is your service that you’re charging people for and it needs to work if you’re going to charge money for it. I sincerely hope the website goes back up soon so I can put my $20 to good use.

Right now I’m trying to enter the code my Xbox is displaying on the dev mode app on the partner center website in the games and apps section

However the website is down, stating “Request failed with status code 400” whenever the website is loaded. It’s clearly a problem on Microsoft’s end, and I’ve found multiple boards of people discussing the same issue from the last week or two, indicating this website has been down for some time

Hello Oskaira,

The Microsoft partner service website does not have a direct place where once can submit their own ticket, it only has an FAQ menu. Any other places where I may be able to submit a ticket?
