    So whats the deal with your pending orders microsoft??? I posted an order for a controller on the 20th of december at like 6am and its almost 8pm the next day and my order is still pending.... it was guranteed by the 23rd before christmas.... how am i
    suppose to gift it if i dont have it?!?!?!

    Also since that was on Friday it can take longer to process the shipment since it's the weekend.

    Keep in mind that it was ordered on November 30th, today would only be 1 business day. I would give it a couple days, and most likely it will change from pending or processing to shipped.

    It could be due to lack of staff due to covid lock down.
