    Microsoft order not coming through


    I bought 400 robux and recieved my order confirmation but I don't see the robux in my account when I log into the Xbox app on my pc, even though my microsoft balance has been deducted.

    Depending on the platform you purchased, you need to receive the purchased content on the corresponding platform.

    (If you purchased the Xbox console, you need to receive it on the Xbox console)

    I do have a Microsoft account for my MS office. I do not have an xbox or xbox account. However, the order for the xbox live shows under my order history in my Microsoft account. So, Microsoft billed PayPal (not the other way around). The refund should
    come through Microsoft.

    Same here, charged and refunded several times, ordered through the Microsoft email November 26th, pending order with an estimated delivery of January 4th, don’t think it’s gonna ship though by the time the day comes around.

    Pre-ordering through Microsoft store

    Yep, I've ordered from them many times for the free 1600MSP they throw in for a lot of pre-orders. I have always gotten my games on release date from them, even if I selected the 2 day shipping. The recent examples of games I did this with is Borderlands
    2 and Assassin's Creed 3.
