    Hi there, me and my two Boys wabt to buy the xbox live Gold Membership. Is this Membership per xbox or is it per Player?

    Do I Need one or three Memberships?

    at https://enforcement.xbox.com



    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. You should never retaliate that violates the code
    of conduct of Xbox, Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

    • Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
    • Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
    • Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
    • Hacking, Modding or Cheating
    You can just report them, mute, block and move on.



    If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.
    - Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review. To make a Case Review - Click
    here

    Keep in mind that Windows Games, Steam, Sony/Nintendo etc has also their own version of police team and punishment if caught breaking their respective
    rules.

    First PlayStation has the same code of conduct that we do you can read it here Community Code of Conduct

    Second if you read this page it says that playstation does not have a case review process like microsoft does Bans and suspensions on PlayStation Network

    So I do not know where you seen that playstation allows you to fight the suspension.

    I think that is a double edged sword as many developers wabt to give you tbe base game on GP in order to motivate players to invest in DLC. I live the idea of getting all DLC but I don't know how financially viable that is for publishers
