Microsoft Online Store Xbox One X Pre Order still has not shipped, release date is tommorrow ...

So I pre ordered my Xbox One X from the Microsoft Online Store expecting it to ship and be here Nov. 7. I did not having any shipping information on my order today Nov. 6 so I contacted the store just now. they told me the release date was the ship date
not the date I would receive it. That is ridiculous. Why would I even buy online if that was the case.

I pre-ordered my iPhone X from Apple and it released last Friday and the phone was at my door step last Friday.

If I knew that I would have bought it from a physical store there is one right by my house.

Basically I feel taken advantage of. Not sure why Microsoft would treat loyal customers like this who try to support Xbox. It seems they just do not care.

Why my xbox one X pre-order from Amazon say the release date is November 30 in Mexico, when worldwide release date is November 7?

 

Well, I preordered mine on August 20, it was shipped yesterday and it is to arrive today.

 

I haven't receives any shipping info either. I ordered back in August as well. Flappah, is usps shipping yours?

I ordered mine in August as well. I got a PreAuth notification last Thurs from paypal with plenty of money and backup funding sources including PayPal Credit. Last night the PreAuth was released and all the money went back into my paypal acct. I called
the lovely Foreign Support people with American names to ask why I dont see a tracking number and 2 of my Friends all had FedEx tracking info saying it would be delivered today. My order still said "Pre-Ordered" since August. 1st call assured me I would
have it on my doorstep tomm (today now) 2nd call started to put blame on PayPal saying many payments were rejected. I explained my account is PayPal Business and I often buy 1000's of dollars worth of supplies for my business without issue ..... also explained
the preauth (pending) had magically vanished and all the money was now back in my account.

At this point the conversation devolved into me calling them names because it was obvious they were clueless. I canceled my store.microsoft.com order drove up to walmart to pick up my sons preorder for him and was able to buy mine there. The store ordered
12 they got 6 (one of which was my sons preorder) That left 5 and it was only me and another guy. Pretty sad they still had 3 left and no one in line waiting like past releases. I think the price point turned people away

 

My order status changed to Shipped today bu the tracking number isn't working yet, I assume it hasn't been picked up by FedEx yet. Hope it sill be here soon. Been pretty frustrating.

 

So mine shipped today (ordered through the Microsoft store) Never got a email but logged into the store and it says it was shipped today with FedEx and clicked on tracking and says it will be delivered this Friday!! Never got any email about it though? I find
that strange.

 

I got mine today they did overnight even though standard was what came free with it, thank you MS. I have had a rough couple off weeks with tech upgrades and I have to say the Xbox One X went the best minus the delay getting it. The iPhone X had activation
issues had to get n a phone with Apple and AT&T to resolve that even though they delivered on time. I am still dealing with issues with my custom rig (computer) using VROC RAID 0, Hyper-V, and OCing. So kudos to MS on the Xbox One X upgrade from previous XBoxes.
The only complaint I had is I had to buy an external USB drive to migrate the settings and I couldn't use a USB key which was plenty big to hold the settings. For some strange reason you have to have a 256GB or higher external USB drive to migrate the settings
weird. Cost me $80-$90 for a TB drive oh well. The 4K picture is gorgeous on my 4K OLED TV.
