The last and final set of BC games were released as part of the Xbox 20th anniversary, there won't be any more Xbox 360 or original games for the Xbox One/Series X|S.

Also, the Tenchu series of games is not owned by Activision. Activision sold the rights to the series to another developer, From Software in 2004.

As of the moment, there is no information yet in regards to the games that will be added to the backward compatible list games or if they will add more since they just added some games recently.

Be aware that various developers and publishers have been involved in the Tenchu series over the years. This has caused some issues with the game license and who actually owns the intellectual property rights.

Only the 360 Arcade version of Tenchu has any possibility of BC at the moment. The other games were delisted from Xbox Live.

If you like the Tenchu games, then I suggest that you try out Sekiro Shadows die Twice. It's also made by FromSoftware (the developers of the Tenchu games) and was made in a similar vein as the Tenchu games.
