Microsoft (Routers): My ban is finished but I still can not play xbox

I would try signing out and in, power cycling the console (hold power button down on console until it turns off and reboot - make sure you see green xbox logo screen with 3 pusling dots) and the above, case review if eligible.

Finished a 2 week multiplayer ban and still can't play multiplayer

I finished a 2 week multiplayer ban on the 23 October and I still can't play multiplayer games I've checked my enforcement history and the ban shows it finished this morning is there anyway of contacting xbox or the ambassadors?

Communication Ban Not Working

So I got a communication ban and it finished yesterday, but I still can’t talk to anyone in party chat or play multiplayer games. I’ve tried resetting my Xbox and still no fix. Please help

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't help try removing your profile and then reload it.

Hey there -

Sometimes those 24 hour suspensions can take an extra hour or two to 'fall off' and return your account to normal status. Are you still experiencing issues or are you all set now?

Can you update your security proofs over here? https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/basic?refd=account.microsoft.com&refp=security

If you already have them added, delete and readd a phone number and stuff. If not, please add them. After that logout and in again in the apps and on xbox remove and readd the Profile again

Are you having that issue directly on the Console or within the Xbox App on your Smartphone / tablet?

Further is there any other account on the console that could have an active enforcement against it? If so try to remove that Profile and see if it makes any Change in the Situation.
