Microsoft movies and TV fraud

Microsoft movies & TV app offers the happytime murders in UHD. I bought it because no other platform offers it in UHD but the problem is it does not play back in UHD. I contacted customer support for some help, they could not tell me why wouldn't play
in UHD or offer me proof that it does. I asked for a refund they wouldn't give me one. I contacted the Better Business Bureau Microsoft said the same thing and that they would not be responding to me any longer because "I believe it does not play back in UHD."
Its not that I believe, it simply does not and with the screen shots I sent them it's a fact. They still have not proven to me that the happytime murders can play back in UHD. Is anybody else having the same issue? If they are it's class action time!

Does your Internet connection allow you to stream in UHD? If need at least a constant 25Mbs+ for it to work otherwise it will render in the best quality your connection will allow.

If you contact support don't threaten legal action as they will no longer be able to help you, and you would need to then contact their lawyers.

Those are words adults use when they KNOW they have been ripped off. No help needed since I'm a grown adult who knows his way around tech

Digital movies purchased form the Microsoft store are only streamed to your console, there is no download option so you require a connection to view them.

On a Windows 10 PC you can use the Movies and TV app to download them for offline viewing.
