Microsoft/Minecraft Access Loss

When you go to your Microsoft account orders page (Microsoft account | Order history), do you see Minecraft on there?

You can use the filter to display all purchases





Shamefully there isn't a way to search for purchases made on the orders page. However, you can do this in the Microsoft store app on Windows.

To give you a heads up, all the completed purchases on your account such as games, add-ons, DLC's, subscriptions and more are all saved to your order history immediately.

This time please verify your game purchase to your account by checking your Order history here: account.microsoft.com > Order history.

Once you see the game there you should have the option to install the game.

It is the games license that'll enable you to install and then play the game.\

If the game isn't there it means that it was bought on a different account or you got the game from this account through game pass.

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, it cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.
