    Microsoft (Routers): Microsoft Jackpot Error Code Problem
    I have been playing Microsoft Jackpot for several years on an almost daily basis. Two days ago I received an error code when trying to launch it. I uninstalled the product, and went to Microsoft Store to re-install. Store indicated that I "owned" the product,
    so I clicked on the Install link. The product started to install, but when it got to the Acquiring License stage the same error code appeared and the installation ceased. That error code is 0x803F8001. I have made several attempts to install since with the
    same result. I have over 5M points, and need to fix this issue without losing my points.

    Can't purchase coins in Bingo!

    I'm having the same problem!! Are you getting error code 0x80004005? I'm also getting that error code when I try to log in to Microsoft Jigsaw AND Microsoft Jackpot.

    Same error code many are getting

    Many are having problems with error code 0x803F8001 from Microsoft games in Windows 10. I get the error on Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Mahjong, and Microsoft Minesweeper. They all worked fine yesterday. Says "it is currently not available in your account".
    I open Xbox and it shows the games available and when I click on the tab to play, I get the error. Is there a server problem that is affecting many users and for specific games? Microsoft Jackpot, Microsoft Bingo and Microsoft Solitaire Collection all seem
    to load correctly.

    I'm having the same problem!! Are you getting error code 0x80004005? I'm also getting that error code when I try to log in to Microsoft Jigsaw AND Microsoft Jackpot.

    0xC03F300D error code logging in to Microsoft Mahjong

    I get this error code when starting up jigsaw and mahjong on windows 10.

    On the laptop with windows 8 they still work.

    The other microsoft games like minesweep en solitaire and jackpot all work fine under 10 and 8.

    It's possible that you may have accidentally removed the game, try going to the store, and see if you can can re download the game.
