    Saludos a toda la comunidad. Voy a escribir frases cortas en mi idioma para facilitar la traducción.

    Perdonen el título y su dramatismo. Pero necesitaba llamar su atención de una vez.

    Hace unos días cuando comenzó la oferta de 3 meses de Game Pass por 1€ yo realicé la compra de dicha oferta. Durante el procedimiento en la parte final surgió un error. El código del error no lo apunté por desgracia.

    Dicho error invalidaba la compra, pero me cobraron el 1€. Sin darme los 3 meses de Game Pass ni dejar historial alguno de compra.

    No hay cargos en mi cuenta de Xbox porque no se realizó la compra, PERO SI HAY CARGOS EN MI CUENTA BANCARIA. La compra dio error y no se realizó pero se me cobró el 1€ a pesar de dar error y no me dieron los 3 meses de Game Pass.

    La única información de la que dispongo es del extracto bancario donde se muestra el cobro del 1€. Dispongo de PDF para confirmar la fecha y la hora de la compra. Ya que como ya he indicado anteriormente la compra al realizarse dio un error que impedía
    que la compra se llevara a cabo, pero igualmente me cobraban. Más allá de esto no puedo darles más información.

    A otros usuarios les ha ocurrido lo mismo, a algunos incluso varias veces (llegando a cobrarle 20 veces el 1€ por intentarlo 20 veces y darles el error).

    Llevo ya 2 intentos de contactar con la Asistencia Técnica, pero me han IGNORADO. Estoy muy indignado con este trato al consumidor.

    A few days ago when I started the 3 month offer of Game Pass by €1 I made the purchase of this offer. During the procedure in the final part an error arose. The code of the error did not aim it unfortunately.


    That mistake invalidated the purchase, but I was charged the €1. Without giving me the 3 months of Game Pass or leave any history of purchase.

    There are no charges on my Xbox account because the purchase was not made, BUT IF there are CHARGES IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. The purchase failed and was not performed but I charged the €1 despite giving error and I did not get the 3 months of Game Pass.

    The only information I have is the bank statement which shows the collection of €1. I have PDF to confirm the date and time of purchase. Because as I indicated previously the purchase when made gave a mistake that prevented the purchase to take place,
    but also charged me. Beyond this I can't give you any more information.

    Other users have happened the same, some even several times (getting to charge 20 times the €1 for trying 20 times and give them the error). I've already had 2 attempts to contact technical assistance, but I have been IGNORED. I'm very indignant
    about this consumer deal. ]

    Voy a probar la primera solución, ya que lo primero que hice en su momento fue ir a asistencia técnica pero ignoraron mis solicitudes y me llevaron a escribir este tema.

    Me paso exactamente lo mismo, y me comunique con el soporte de microsoft y me dijeron que era un problema de mi banco. Luego de eso hice el reclamo a mi banco y ellos me contestaron que el dinero llego a microsoft, en pocas palabras ninguno se hace cargo
    del error. Solo espero que me den el game pass o que minimamente me devuelvan el dinero.

    quiero Game pass ya e canjeado el codigo y al querer activar game pass no me deja, me sale error , pone que tengo que esperar 30 dias hasta el 15 de este mes y e visto que el dinero, 10 euros se a colocado en mi cuenta microsoft
