    Microsoft me estafó (Microsoft me conned)


    well, that wasn't enough, by default "AR - Cuenta personal" was selected, I changed to other and back to AR but didn't work.

    Maybe we need to remove other options, at least, this is the only place I can see something related to regions other than Argentina.

    Hey there Xbox_3148!

    Being that they have already given your case to a different Team of specialists. I would suggest just giving it some time and wait for a response to see what they will be able to do!

    I understand this has been a frustrating experience But hopefully they can get this resolved in a timely manner.

    Hey Xbox, also check out the Xbox Settings page on our website (it has to be signed in with the correct Microsoft account) and check
    the Change 360 account region. Make sure the information is correct there bud and again keep us posted!

    What happens? well, the weekend is starting and once again I can't use the product that I bought to Microsoft bcs I can't purchase the games (or services) I want to play.

    No reply from customer support yet.

    I feel ripped off by Microsoft.

    Sadly this not helped. I came here bcs calling support didn't work. They aren't providing me a solution, they're trying to avoid me, asking me to wait 24hs or call the bank. What a terrible customer support. I'll keep trying to solve this.

    Sorry for the continued frustration. Keep calling support, I know it is hard to when you have been calling so much.. When you do call l them tell them you have waited over 24 hours, talked to many banks, tried multiple cards and are unable to make a purchase.
    Hopefully then someone will assist you further. The error seems to be you have multiple region payment methods so it getting confused as to which region to use.

    I can understand the frustration you must be going through.

    Now if you have not been able to get this issue resolved with Customer support, Let's try something different. How is it that you are trying to complete this purchase? Are you going through a PC, Mobile Device, or your Xbox one Console? Also If through a
    Mobile device or a PC you can always attempt to purchase using a different web browser.

    Again if none of these steps are working then I would again advice that you continue to contact Xbox Support
    so that you can have them go through this with you. I understand it has not been the best experience but as the error code is stating, You simply need to get a hold of them to help you resolve this issue.
