have played microsoft majhong on windows 10. downloaded app to ipad tablet and signed into my xbox account. I can play game, but cannot get any of my playing history on tablet. How do I get playing history after signing into new device? rod

I’m afraid to say, but Mahjong by Microsoft (on mobile) is not able to sync with your current progress from the Windows platform version.

I have Windows 10 Majhong version and every level has unlock problems. Cannot play from (Easy) Crown, (Medium) Ears, (Hard) Castle, (Expert) Complex. All previous levels finished, but Majhong is stuck. Seems there have been multiple promised of a fix,
but none seem to be available. MS, you don't do yourself any good by releasing broken programs, whether they are free or not (seems some paid subscribers also have the same problems).

When I said I downloaded "11", I meant WINDOWS 11. When I played XBOX games for PC, I entered through Window"s pathway from boxes on Window"s entry system. I never downloaded an app. Solitaire, majhong, and jigsaw puzzle were part of Microsoft Games offered for PC. Paid for through Microsoft games., $9.99 monthly.
