    Microsoft Mahjonng-- error 101_1_1


    I have had Microsoft Mahjong on my computer since I bought it, and play it daily. I am getting an error message, and following instructions, uninstalled and reinstalled the game -- still doesn't work, getting error message = Can you help me?

    Microsoft Mahjonng keeps telling me it can't log in and has been doing so for three days. I can log in to every other Microsoft game so this is obviously a Mahjonng problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still no solution. When I looked up the
    error code it says there is no such error code on file. Help!

    can't play mahjonng

    I played the game yesterday with no problem. Today I can't get into the game. I followed the instructions that were given and still can not play the game. What is the problem?

    Microsoft Error.

    I've tried. That's the problem. 9/10 clicks to get from the main page of Microsoft or the Xbox page to my settings, brings up the error message.

    I was lucky enough to get to that page, but when I turned everything to allow and hit submit, that too brought up the error.

    The error you are receiving is associated with unusual sign ins to your account. Since you said someone took control of your device and account, this explains it. Usually, when you sign in to the Microsoft website using the account that is receiving the error, you should see some steps to secure your account like changing password, enabling two-factor authentication, etc...

    May I know if you have changed your account password? Also, if you can, try to disable then enable two-factor authentication again on your account.
