    Microsoft Mahjongg is giving me error Error code 101_107_1 when logging into xBox


    I'm getting
    Error code 101_107_1     when I try to go to daily challenges in Mahjongg. I've tried following instructions, but at step 5:

    1. Hover over the right-hand side to bring up the charm bar and go to Settings
    Nothing happens. If I skip steps 5-8, the problem persists. Has anyone gotten this problem to go away?

    0x800401FB Error Code

    received 0x800401FB error code after logging into Xbox. Can no longer access anything. Not even settings or the menu option will load without giving me this error.

    Windows 8 PC can not connect to Xbox LIVE

    I have the same problem, I think. When I try to use Wordament or MIcrosoft Mahjongg it won't connect. Mahjongg shows that I'm signed in, but when I try to actually play the game it says there's a problem communicating with an Xbox service and gives the error
    code 004500. I've checked for updates and I've also restarted my computer.
