Microsoft Mahjong without the themes

The FAQ was given as to a means you can check out the different games. As ZombieJester pointed out, it would be best to use the

casual games community. They deal specifically with the casual games and are very helpful. In the bottom of the FAQ has the casual games community also.

Are you referring to Microsoft Mahjong?

If so, then after you open the game, scroll down to Themes (it should be right under "Recently Played"). From there, you can choose between a couple different themes, which change the tiles and symbols.
