    Microsoft game apps (Mahjongg Premium and Magic Jigsaw) that I have paid for gives this error message when I try to login. Microsoft Mahjong is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001. I have installed
    and uninstalled the app numerous times. What should I try - forget using the contact us. How can you question an AI recording? Note I play this on my PC don't have an Xbox but it signs in to Xbox account to keep track of play.

    I played Microsoft Jigsaw in the past 24 hours without issues. I tried tonight and it wouldn't open so I reinstalled. Now I get a message that says, "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw is currently not available in your account. Here's the error code
    in case you need it. 0x803F8001." It does show in my account so what's up? Now I am getting the same error code on Microsoft Mahjong. It keeps saying "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw/Microsoft Mahjong is currently not available to you. Go to the
    store." I have paid for the premium and can't access the games. it has been 3 days since I could do the Microsoft Jigsaw and now a day for Microsoft Mahjong. Please help with this issue.

    Hi

    I am having trouble opening Mahjong and Microsoft Ultimate word games.. It seems to be loading Solitaire ok.

    I uninstalled both the apps and now i am having trouble installing the two apps. i get the error: "Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

    Any help would be apreciated
