This may be an obvious question, but have you re-installed this game yet? Uninstall and then re-install the game from the Microsoft Store.

I suggest signing-out from your account on the Xbox App. Here is how:

Microsoft mahjong when I try to play the game I get game not connecting to server why?

I also tried Jetpack joyride and Microsoft Mahjong. Tried resetting my modem still can't connect.

Same problem here as well. Really stinks. Can connect and play microsoft Solitaire, Mahjong and Minesweeper. Did uninstall, reinstall and wsreset - no help.
