    Microsoft Mahjong and Jigsaw - Cannot access on broadband.


    I have Windows 10 on a laptop. I had been using Mahjong and Jigsaw while still on Windows 8.1. Since downloading Win 10 I was initially able to operate and Win 10 required a change to my Windows sign on account. Since then access becam more difficult until
    I can no longer access on broadband receiving the error 0x405 - not connected to the internet. The internet connection icon at the foot of the screen says I am not connected, but the only programs the non-connection appears to apply to is Mahjong and Jigsaw
    and the Store. I recorded the problem at Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    and was referred here. Any ideas?

    Recieved error code 0xc03f00d

    Can not access Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Mahjong or Jigsaw. Tells me can't sign in and get error code 0xc03f00d.

    I played Microsoft Jigsaw in the past 24 hours without issues. I tried tonight and it wouldn't open so I reinstalled. Now I get a message that says, "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw is currently not available in your account. Here's the error code
    in case you need it. 0x803F8001." It does show in my account so what's up? Now I am getting the same error code on Microsoft Mahjong. It keeps saying "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw/Microsoft Mahjong is currently not available to you. Go to the
    store." I have paid for the premium and can't access the games. it has been 3 days since I could do the Microsoft Jigsaw and now a day for Microsoft Mahjong. Please help with this issue.

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.

    Problems logging in to Xbox with Microsoft Sudoku

    For two days I have the same problem. No problem with Solitaire Collection, Mahjong or Jigsaw, but cannot login with Sudoku. Uninstalling and new installations also do not work.

    I have been having the same problem with Microsoft jigsaw and mahjong. Tried deleting them and now I can't reinstall them.

    Another heard from here. I cannot log into mahjong. I went through the store to open other games, solitaire, jigsaw puzzles and they open fine now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling mahjong. I have it installed on two devices (desktop and laptop)
    and i have the same difficulty on both.
