how ? when i started the game nothin appear to connect a second player ?

Just login at same console with the main profile in addition to a guest profile (or an existing one). Then, open the game, just press the menù button from each gamepad to have a split-screen mode.

Same problem. Really frustrating. My wife and I are trying login split screen and we keep getting signed out. Waited all week for this.

Make sure the account that has the subscription is logged into the Microsoft Store app.

Log out of Microsoft Store and Xbox app, clear store cache, login to Microsoft Store and Xbox app, and try again.

To clear the store cache>

Windows key + R and type ''wsreset'', wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically.

You are trying to use Mojang log in, those 2 accounts you mentioned are Mojang accounts, after migration you need to use Microsoft login, but you are using your Microsoft email that you use on your new account on the Mojang login so it opens your new Mojang account, you need to use the Microsoft login and it will open the account you linked to it during migration

To login with Microsoft go back in the launcher login screen

1. When opening the app, I get the green splash screen with the Xbox logo, and then sometimes a see a black sidebar on the left side for a split second that looks kinda squished before the app crashes.

2. After reinstalling, iOS prompts me to accept or deny notifications from the app, but otherwise crashes immediately as normal.

3. I cannot login to any account on this device, as I have no option to. The Xbox app on Windows 10 and my Kindle Fire seem to work fine, however.
