Microsoft Login Is Bringing Me To Another Xbox Account

We understand that you are experiencing an issue with your Xbox account. Let's work on this together in a timely manner.

Based on the information you provided, it seems that you are logged in to a different Xbox account when you tried to access Minecraft. This could be due to several reasons such as using a different email address or password, or it could be there are few accounts logged in to your device.



Before we proceed, I will be asking you few questions that would help us to isolate the issue further:

1. When was the last time you have successful access with your account?
   
2. Do you have any other email addresses that you have access with from your end?
   
3. Did you recently migrate your Minecraft account to Microsoft?
   
4. Do you still remember the gamertag of the account?
   
5. Can you please confirm to us the device you are using to play/access this game? The OS version.
   

In the meantime, I recommend that you try the following steps:

• Verify your email address - Make sure that you are using the correct email address associated with your Xbox account. You can check this by going to the Xbox website then,
  
  • Click on the "Sign in" button.
    
  • Enter your email address and click on "Next".
    
  • If you see a message that says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist", then you may have entered the wrong email address.
    

If this does not show you the account you're expecting, try doing the steps again and use the other email address available from your end.

You can also try verifying all your mails that you got to see if you were able to receive emails from Minecraft. From that point, we can directly verify the accounts email address and proceed to sign-in to that account.

• Reset your password - If you are using the correct email address but still cannot access your account, you may need to reset your password. Go to the Xbox website and click on the "Sign in" button. Enter your email address and click on "Next". Click on the "Forgot my password" link and follow the prompts to reset your password.

Hi Rostom,

Just tried your suggestion and unfortunately MCC is still prompting me with the old account login and the option for signing into another account still brings me back to the original screen...

When I sign into the parental account it brings me to the terms of use. I try to accept and it brings me back to the parental login.

If you're trying to add your account to another Xbox you only need to login with your Microsoft account and everything syncs. If you're trying to add another account to your Xbox it'd be the same. Just login to that account on your Xbox. If you're attempting
to accomplish something else we'd need more information about what you're trying to do.
