If each reported message is in violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and/or the Microsoft Services Agreement, then it would appear to be possible. If the message isn't in violation, it won't result in a suspension.

If your account has been suspended, it is possible that there was a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement. If you do not remember doing anything, you can check the enforcement history of your online profile or, if applicable, you can submit a case review to dispute the suspension, according to Microsoft support.

Possible causes of suspension:

Violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement:

Microsoft may suspend or ban accounts that violate the Xbox Live usage rules, including the code of conduct.

Enforcement actions:

Microsoft may take action against accounts that violate the policies, such as temporary or permanent suspensions.

Severe violations:

If repeated and severe violations occur, the console may be banned, as explained by Microsoft support.

What to do:

1. Check the enforcement history:

Access your online profile and see if there are any enforcement actions recorded.

2. Review the policies:

Refer to the Microsoft Code of Conduct and the Xbox Live policies section to understand the rules and what may have caused the suspension, according to Microsoft support.

3. Submit a case review:

If the suspension is unfair or you don't remember violating the rules, you can submit a case review request
