As the accounts been deactivated and unrecoverable, said by Microsoft themselves. I was just wondering if they could refund me with the money to a new account.

Your account, like mine, is now dead and your profile is unrecoverable. Microsoft don't care.

Buy a different console.

I would contact Phone support to see if they can escalate it as a broken/inactive Microsoft account. If that comes back with a no then you won't be able to use that email address/gamertag until Microsoft goes through their system and makes those available
but there is not estimated time when that will be.

Hello Rabbie, I'm sorry about what happened to your account, however in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.
