    put unlimited changes in xbox home pleaaaase

    because everyone will be sharing with everyone and that would mean nobody buying games, the limit is in place so you can designate one console in YOUR home as the home console, so you can play offline or family can also play your games, then you can use your account to login anywhere and play your games while online.

    all platforms have a limit, if not then people will abuse it, like you want to.

    sharing with one other is ok, sharing with loads of people is not. it is theft.

    You have to have the Xbox One version to play on Xbox and the Win 10 version to play on Win 10. You can play across the platforms with PC and Xbox One users. If you have both versions of the game you can play it on both platforms.
