Nobody on this forum can help you as the flag is game based. This flag is coded into their game and Microsoft doesn't modify their games. If you would like the flag lifting you'd have to individually go to each games forum board and ask them to lift it.
Or the simple way, change your gamertag.

you should call Microsoft at 1-800-469-9269 and ask them to look at your account to double check if your suspension is lifted or if its still on and if its been lifted have them look further into your problem.

There's been no official word on if/when Microsoft would lift the gold requirement to play online on any games.
