    MICROSOFT LEGAL: This is legal referral service, probably looking for disgruntled Microsoft customers. CLOSE EM DOWN

    these scams have been going on for years, close one down another 2 pop up, they are nothing to do with microsoft and have no affiliation with them. you can report to your local officials that look into false businesses.

    most of these are based in countries where the US etc don't have jurisdiction.

    if you need help with anything IT then either go to a local computer shop, Microsoft official site and never ever pay for assistance.
