    Microsoft launcher causing problems with microsoft xbox games


    Hello! I posted a question here a few weeks ago regarding a friends account problem, after updating the Minecraft launcher he discovered that he couldn't load Minecraft or any other Microsoft game. We discovered the issue to being that Microsoft games will not connect to servers. We looked at the reviews on Microsoft stores for Microsoft gaming services and found nothing and believed it to be a one off issue with his account alone (which is what i posted the previous question about), until today where we discovered waves of other people have just stated posting about having the same issues for months.

    One of the reviews reads "Once again account details aren't syncing and access to your licences to play things. Microsoft needs to get this sorted out."

    Many of the reviews say the same kind of thing but there isn't anything there in ways of a solution. i have checked and Microsoft don't seem to have acknowledged the issue or seem to be working toward coming to a solution and fixing it, which is rather annoying especially since this seems to be a common issue that's been going on for months. We don't know if this is something we just have to wait a millennia for Microsoft to fix or whether there is a solution that neither of us are seeing.

    If anyone here could provide some insight if anything is happening about or has a solution i would love to hear it so we can go ahead and get this fixed.

    If you need any more info i will try my best to give the info needed.

    Yes. I launch minecraft through the CruseForge launcher. Its a mod launcher that allows you to also load Vanilla minecraft through it. So yea. I did. Microsoft is butchering itself while trying to force service on us like XBOX app and Microsoft app store which in and of itself cause problems like not being able to launch your own games.

    I'm unable to install Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store.

    Also, there is another problem.

    Sometimes, when I try to install Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store, and then ( the problem happens ), it causes problems too when I try to download other apps, they get the same problem ( Loading then Ending with a problem " Try again Later, Something happened on our end ". That happened with me twice, but I did reset to Microsoft Store and then it got fixed ( except the Minecraft Launcher ). Yesterday, while I was trying to install the game without having the other Minecraft Launchers, Minecraft Launcher's problem wasn't solved and also, and then when I tried to download some other app, the problem of the slow download was back again, then when I tried to do reset Microsoft Store for another time, it wasn't fixing anything.

    Is there any way to fix that Minecraft Launcher's problem? I think it's influencing badly on other apps.

    It's the pc app that is causing the problems in the download is the day one patch even in it ? I seen similar issues with the Xbox One with missing updates the Microsoft store is actually the worst launcher I've ever used.

    Xbox Games App and installed titles use CPU

    I wasn't using the gamebar to see my CPU usage, I used my Task Manager. Deep Rock galactic was just an example of a game that I had tried recently but this happens with every game I play through the Xbox App or Microsoft Store. External game launchers don't cause this problem at all.
