That's what I figured you wanted to do, the only way to do this without the console is by using the link I provided in my previous post. You would follow the instructions under "Übertragen des Gamertags zwischen zwei Microsoft-Konten" in your native language,
in English it's Switch gamertags between two Microsoft accounts.

If you don't have a console, it's done by using this link here.

So to re-cap, you need to follow the instructions listed on the page you linked "Übertragen des Gamertags zwischen zwei Microsoft-Konten" but just visit the page I linked to make the changes if you do not have a console to make these changes on there.

Hi Rauten! Unfortunately you cannot merge two Microsoft Accounts. You can link multiple accounts together, but that will not merge licenses for content or anything like that, it will just merge your email.
