    Microsoft Klondike


    I have been playing Microsoft Klondike for a long time. Playing over 40,000 games. I have an accumulated score of more than 3 million. I didn’t notice at first and I don’t know how it happened but my score is now -486!! Is there anything I can do to get my points back? I’m very upset about it. I didn’t knowingly do anything different all of the sudden to loose them.

    Same as everyone else...Klondike game with 2 Jacks still not working and todays Klondike does the same damn thing:( Does anyone work at Microsoft or are they just not listening?

    Why do you allow Phishing advertising on your platform and in your products?

    Was the game that had the advertisement Microsoft Solitaire Collection, or was it just titled Klondike? If the game was just Klondike, then that has nothing to do with Microsoft/Xbox. Only Microsoft Solitaire Collection does. You can also report the game on the Microsoft Store page under Additional Information by selecting Report This Product.

    This is really a bug then. I would suggest you to report it to the Microsoft team using the Feedback Hub:

    If your "new" negative score is already sync to the cloud, unfortunately you will not be able to recover it. I'm really sorry about this.

    Thanks Lucas for your prompt response. I actually had the games on 3 devices and stayed signed in. I deleted them all and restarted on one. I actually did it a couple of times but it didn’t work. It did save my score of -486. I played a game to see if anything would change but it didn’t. Now my score is -506. Thanks
