Microsoft keep sending me email alert on I need to pay them alot of money for game pass...

I'm from Canada and it also wont let me use debit card from canada.Dont understand why game pass does this and suppose to be a user friendly envoriment.

Thanks for your reply. In regard to paying any past due balance, you would need to use a credit/debit card to do so as Microsoft account credit is not accepted for doing so. The parameters for getting this sorted would be listed in the support article I
previously posted, How to pay a past due balance on an Xbox subscription.

Should you find that it is a bit more complicated and would like some assistance with getting everything taken care of, I would further recommend
requesting a call back or a chat with Xbox Support. They would be glad to assist you in navigating your account yourself or more directly getting everything in order for you.

• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
  
  • Select - Show contact options
    
  • Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support
    

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available as the selections may change from time to time.

Can I use 100.00 credit to pay them back the whole $40.00.Not sure why it cost that much for game pass for three months.

In the UK if payment isn't received for gold, game pass or game pass ultimate you will receive one email just stating if you wish to continue with your subscription you must update payment details. If you don't the subscription just ends you don't owe
microsoft anything but at the same time you wont have your subscription. If you decide to rejoin you just rejoin and pay. So I don't see how people end up owing microsoft any money.
