    Microsoft Jigsaw


    Microsoft Jigsaw is not giving the correct points when solving a puzzle. It is only rewarding about half the points. I have been playing this for years and this is the first time this has happened. Instead of climbing the points ladder you will be going backward when you buy new puzzles. What is going on ?

    I'm unable to find "Microsoft Jigsaw Cacti" or the "017-000" error code that you're referring too but I will continue to investigate. Is this the game that you're referring too? It is possible that there is a new version of the game:

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
