microsoft jigsaw puzzles will not load, what can I do?

I always have to do it twice. The first time I click to load a puzzle, I get the revolving circle and not the ad. I close it and do it again and the ad comes up and plays then the puzzle loads. It does this every time for me. The puzzle never loads on the first try. I use my own pics to make puzzles or get pic off the net.

Press "Win" logo key + "Q" to open the search box and type "Microsoft Jigsaw", right-click "Microsoft Jigsaw" at the top of the result list > "App settings" > "Repair"/”Reset“.

I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

I have Microsoft Jigsaw installed on both my desktop and laptop computer. On the laptop, it shows that I haven't completed all the Jigsaw Jam puzzles. On the desktop, they show as being completed. The gold score is the same on both computers.

What can I do to get the game back in sync on both computers?
