    Microsoft Jigsaw hosed up again!


    Well, after playing the daily challenges for several days, it appears the "ad freeze up problem" is back again. And I have lost the dozens of paid for puzzles I have previously downloaded. The puzzles disappeared after I had to run the "app troubleshooter"
    from Microsoft to correct the problem with the "store cache" being corrupted. Does anyone at Microsoft even look at these forums? The freeze-up problem has been going on for sometime now. Sounds like Microsoft isn't anymore interested in fixing problems in
    Xbox games then they are in fixing problems in their operating systems. Yet they are surely interested in getting you to watch their ads. I am getting sour at Microsoft.

    Yeah Xbox live is broken for multiple days now for buying 360 games on Xbone. Garbage Microsoft QA probably hosed something up. Microsoft is Google minus the competence.

    Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
