Microsoft jigsaw has not worked in about 2 weeks > cannot do the dailies  . I still can and ...

I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

Microsoft jigsaw stopped working about a week ago. How do I uninstall and install it again --- or is there something wrong with the program?J

I recommend trying the
Windows Update Troubleshooter.

I tried all of the above and Jigsaw still keeps crashing. This computer was bran new and Jigsaw has been crashing since I purchased it. once in a while it works. For the month of May I was able to complete 30 days of the Daily Challenges On the 31st it
crashed all day. June is worse. I cannot figure it out.

Today is 8/18/2017 and I am once again complaining about the freezing issue of both Jigsaw and Sudoku. Todays "Easy" puzzle has now taken me over an hour and I am still not completed with it! I have rebooted seven times and then, each time, have gone into
the daily challenge and brought up Jigsaw. Three of those times, it has taken me three attempts just to get into Jigsaw. I have then gone through the daily commercial and finally brought up the easy puzzle. Within a minute, the ability to play the game comes
into play. I can not move any pieces! After a minute or two, it allows me to move one or two pieces and then it freezes up again and does not come back to life. This is a most frustrating problem that has been complained about for some time and no one seems
able to repair the application. Is there any chance of finding someone on the Microsoft team who is smart enough to debug and correct this situation??

I for one am getting weary of having this problem take up so much of my time just because I want to finish each daily challenge. If you folks cannot fix the problems, perhaps it is time to remove it from Windows 10.

I have not been able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw game daily challenges since Sept 30. I have uninstalled and installed the game 3 different times & it still will not download the daily challenges.
