    microsoft jigsaw crashing


    ok so in the last few days i have come across a very big problem :

    if i buy collectibles with gold bars it does take away my goldbars but when i go do download it whenever i click the download button my whole micorsoft jigsaw crashes to desktop.

    i have removed and reinstalled which made it worse cause mow i also cant download my earlier collectibles ( from when it was working ok )

    and suddenly my daily quest stay on "downloading" forever .

    i was considdering going for the paid version but now i am having my doubts.

    hopefully there is a workaround or fix for this issue .

    i am running windows 10 64 bit system

    Microsoft Sudoku keeps locking up and then crashing. I've restarted my computer and my computer is up to date. Plus I have Norton 360 to help keep my computer safe. It's not just Microsoft Sudoku that's crashing. It's Microsoft Jigsaw and Microsoft Mahjong
    keep locking up and crashing. What gives Microsoft? Fix this please!!!!!

    Similar problem only daily challenges works and daily collections get to the final step, does not award points, freezes the screen, then crashes. I do get a star saying the puzzle at that level is completed. I see there appears to be no comment with the
    previous point from your staff. This has appeared to be standard operating procedure with you as I have never gotten a response from a message to you ever.

    Same here. It was working great for almost a year (and I was playing it often) with no crashes. Then all of a sudden I can't even open a puzzle before it crashes, can't even get to the point to pick a puzzle. I've tried all the recommended troubleshooting
    with no luck.
