    Microsoft Jigsaw Crashes again


    The last few days I have been experiencing a problem with Microsoft Jigsaw. The app would start but when I went to play the challenge it would just sit there and never finish loading the daily challenge. I uninstalled the app, restarted the computer and reinstalled Microsoft Jigsaw for Microsoft Store. Now I can play the "Daily Challenges". However all the jigsaw puzzles I had previously bought and downloaded are now gone including the recent one that I was in process of finishing in Classic Jigsaw. It still shows the total number of points I have earned but no downloaded puzzles. The last time this happened to me it stole about 50,000 points and all of my bought and downloaded puzzles. Is there anyone at Microsoft that can make this app work correctly and consistently over time?

    Similar problem only daily challenges works and daily collections get to the final step, does not award points, freezes the screen, then crashes. I do get a star saying the puzzle at that level is completed. I see there appears to be no comment with the
    previous point from your staff. This has appeared to be standard operating procedure with you as I have never gotten a response from a message to you ever.
