    Microsoft Jigsaw challenge has a problem on June 20th and 21st


    today and yesterday, the Lock Breaker in the daily challenges of Microsoft Jigsaw did not work right. It stopped the challenge before all the tries allowed were used up.

    Tenure decreased by 1 year

    Hey there Bumm One!

    In that thread Mad Cow posted it lists out how tenure is now calculated. Tenure increases every time a full 12 months of Xbox Live Gold time have elapsed on the account.

    For example: If I started a Gold account today on June 21st, 2013: On June 20th, 2014, I would have a Tenure of 0. On June 21st, 2014, I would have a Tenure of 1 (assuming I had no interrupts in my gold subscription.)

    Also, being Silver will not cancel the Gold time acquired, but tenure will not increase until Gold time has been added again.

    All of my June results for the daily challenges were deleted yesterday and again today. Please fix this immediately.

    The problem application is the Microsoft Solitaire Suite, Daily Challenges. My June completion record has been deleted both yesterday and today. I'm using my home computer with Windows Pro 10.

    Problems with Daily Challenges

    I have been having a problem with jigsaw daily challenges since june 11th.
    Program consistently crashes after the advertisement and before any game actually starts.
    I've done an uninstall, reinstall, reset, wsreset (in admin mode). Nothing works. I'm happy to work with your tech support people to isolate this problem (which I know others are experience, too).

    Also, while I have 439,720 Gold Bars, it shows absolutely no history. My 2017 and 2018 Prize History has disappeared completely. This may shed light on why daily challenges no longer work. Seems everything is gefarkled!

    Thanks for the info.

    Have you tried checking out your Jigsaw puzzles on a different Windows 10 machine to see if they pop up there? If your Windows 10 PC is a laptop, can you try using it on a different network than your current home network to see if they load then?

    Doing this will help us see if the issue is potentially network based so let us know!
